The Concierges were fantastic. I was on a business trip where a lot of coordination was needed to ensure I had a car at the right time for meetings lunches and dining - being late was not an option I also needed to be collected from varying addresses and locations at odd times. It all worked very well. Further I held diners in the hotel and the advice and bookings help I received was accurate and managed with precision. I have never found a concierge service that could rival George V. When dining in my room the service was quick and very well presented. Very accommodating in all restaurants and room service on dietary needs and understand the vital difference between a Vegan and a Vegetarian which few carnivores grasp. They have a COVID testing facility in house - very well organised.

This place is like no other ! From its history to present day it’s amazing all the way. Every room is a work of art . The flowers decoration throughout the entrance and all other rooms like bars , restaurants, hallways it’s truly beautiful and mesmerising. Room very clean and so elegant. Best bed I ever slept in . Staff very attentive and friendly. Loved every bit of my stay there

It's the most amazing Hotel I have ever seen. The staff went above and beyond. I can't recommend this place enough. Pure magical experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit.
